Drawing on hands-on experience in actuarial work from Reinsurance Group of America, the University of Dar es Salaam, and the Institute of Finance Management, he transforms complex data into actionable insights. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Actuarial Science and Quantitative Risk Analysis & Management from Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA), a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from BSA Crescent University of Science and Technology (Chennai, India), and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania). Innocent brings a powerful technical toolkit—including Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and advanced Microsoft Excel & Word—alongside proven leadership, project management, and customer service acumen.
